We will visit your property to discuss your ideas & prepare sketches to outline your scheme & can advise you on any planning or technical issues.

We will perform a measured survey of the existing building where necessary & prepare accurate CAD drawing

We will take the original sketches and the survey to create a proposed scheme & advise on and incorporate any further ideas you may have.

After the scheme has met your approval we will submit drawings to the local authority for planning approval (minimum of 8 weeks).

Once the planning application has been successful we will liaise with the necessary consultants to prepare a full set of construction drawings and details for building regulation approval. We can meet any specification you require.
